KENNEDY KIPKEMBOI
Logistics Manager

Kennedy is th logistics manager at FORTE RAPIDA Freight Limited, a leading transportation company in Nairobi, Kenya. He has over three years of experience in the logistics industry, overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of cargo across various routes and borders. He is responsible for managing a team of logistics clerks, drivers, and fleet tracking officers, as well as coordinating with other departments such as finance, workshop, and safety. He also prepares and analyzes daily and weekly reports on loadings, truck turnaround, and cross-border documents.

Kennedy has a background in real estate, having worked as a junior realtor for a year before joining FORTE RAPIDA. He has knowledge in property and facility management, valuations, agency, and market feasibility studies. He has excellent skills in office etiquette, teamwork, communication, customer service, documentation, and Microsoft Office applications.

Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Nairobi. He is passionate about learning new things and improving his skills. He enjoys reading, traveling, and playing football in his spare time.

Limo is a technology enthusiast with deep experience in Digital transformation, Strategy and operations, Change management, Business process improvement, System implementations, Fintech and Customer experience.

Limo has 7 years as a Private Sector consultant in business development initiatives; portfolio management as well as research and preparation of sector briefs for management.

As the Chief of Operations of Forte Rapida Freight, Limo is responsible for daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads to support the day-to-day activities of the company.

Santos is a seasoned financial strategist with over a decades of experience in leading global finance teams. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Forte Rapida Freight, Santos is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, keen attention to detail, and commitment to financial integrity and transparency.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Santos is passionate about mentoring the next generation of finance leaders and giving back to the community through various philanthropic initiatives. He believes in the power of finance to drive positive change and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact both within and beyond the boardroom.
